When a bidder cannot attend an on-site auction, they may request to participate in the auction as a phone bidder, using a representative who is present at the auction to relay bids to the auctioneer on their behalf.

Advanced registration is often required to participate as a phone bidder. As phone bidding requires the availability of additional staff members on-site, Ashland Auction Group reserves the right to permit phone bidding on a case-by-case basis.
